Kitchen Time

I spent most of today in the kitchen cooking for others. I love to cook and it is even better to cook for friends and family. I made chocolate mousse to take as dessert to a dinner tonight and a couple of trays of spinach and ricotta cannelloni to freeze to give to friends who have just had or are just about to have babies. My full fridge and freezer are so very satisfying.
